What inspired the QBB “Infinity bottle”?
At the beginning of COVID-19 we were in a panic as small business owners. With the uncertainty of it all we didn’t know what to do. Once California allowed for to go alcohol sales we jumped on the opportunity to liquidate the bourbon collection that we had spent three years building. We offered ridiculous deals to put money in our bank account in order to be able to continue to pay our bills and our staff. We also were on a “buying freeze” to not incur any future bills. Once bottles had less than 1.5oz left, we would add the remainder to our infinity bottle. At first, this bottle was just something fun and different for the owners to drink. We then decided to offer it to our fans!
What was our 2020 Infinity Bottle?
The 2020 infinity bottle was nicknamed “Buzz Lightyear”. The quality of it’s contents have the full range of the full bourbon list. We stopped adding to it at the end of 2020 and before the end of January 2021 there was less than 1.5oz left in the bottle.
What’s in the 2021 Infinity Bottle?
As some of you may know we are huge Barrell Bourbon fans. We have had almost every bourbon release since Batch 13. For us, they represent a lot of the innovation we like in bourbon. We think that they understand where bourbon is and where it is going. With the spirit of their innovation in mind, we decided to make an Infinity bottle with their products for this year’s bottle. We are excited to introduce Infinity 2021 Barrell Bottle!
